Kalpataru Residency has been awarded "The best Project for the year 2002 - Mumbai" by Accomodation Times.

The trophy was presented by M. Shantaram - Sheriff of Mumbai to Mr. M. P. Munot at the 17th Annual Accomodation Times Awards held on 10th April, 2003 in Mumbai.
